Project for repairing 3 vertical steel tanks

Within the framework of the project from the restoration of three tanks, a step -by -step examination, analysis of technical documentation and development of a repair plan with a commercial proposal were performed. The first tank needed local repair of damaged areas of the housing caused by external influence. After the preparatory work, welding operations were performed on separate sections of the tank shell, hydraulic tests were performed and an anti -corrosion coating was applied to extend the structure of the structure.

The second tank suffered significant damage, so it was decided to completely replace the wall, with the maximum preservation of the elements of the structure - the bottom and the roof. The works included the dismantling of the old panels of the case, the manufacture and installation of a new wall of quality carbon steel with subsequent welding and grinding of seams. At the end, hydraulic tests were carried out, as well as anti -corrosion treatment of the internal and external surfaces of the tank.

In the third case, the tank was completely destroyed, so the complete dismantling of the old structure and the installation of a new steel tank on the existing concrete foundation were performed. The new tank was made at the production site in accordance with the current standards, delivered to the object, mounted and equipped with all the necessary technological units. The final stage included hydraulic testing, tightness testing, anti -corrosion protection system and preparation for commissioning.
