A projected renovation of a vertical steel tank

Within this project, the company experts were traveling to the facility for a technical inspection of the 2000 m³ tank, which was critical of damage due to external influence. The study of the available technical documentation was conducted, the condition of the metal structures was evaluated, and the amount of repair work was determined. On the basis of the information collected, an individual repair plan was prepared with the development of a commercial proposal, which took into account both the restoration of tightness and security requirements for further operation.

The repair work lasted 90 days and included the replacement of deformed areas of the building, the restoration of fences, stairs and nozzles, as well as hydraulic tests to confirm tightness. After that, a complete anti -corrosion preparation was carried out - sandblasting and the application of a protective coating, which allows to guarantee long -term operation of the tank in an aggressive environment. The work is completed within the agreed time in compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of safety.
