VST for the Perechyn wood chemical plant

As part of this project, a KMD drawing was developed and a 1000 m³ steel tank was made for storage of reservoir water. The design is made of steel 3, which provides high strength and durability in contact with aggressive media. All welds were inspected by non -destructive control methods (ultrasonic, capillary and visual control), which guarantees the absolute tightness of the tank. The tank is also equipped with technological nozzles for connection to the pipeline system, an audit hatch for maintenance and a drainage opening for sediment.

The finished structure was delivered to the object in due time - 120 days from the application to delivery. Specialized transportation was used for transportation, which provided safe delivery of the tank without damage. Due to the accurate compliance with production standards and quality control, the customer has received a reliable capacity, fully ready for operation.
