Vertical steel tanks (RVS 400) for the UNB company

After receiving a request for the need to repair two oil and petroleum products storage tanks with a volume of 400m3 each, our specialists visited the facility and assessed the degree of damage and possible options for their elimination. Several repair options were proposed with a detailed description of technologies, stages and conditions. After the selection and agreement of all conditions, the contract was signed and work began.

At the same time, the repair of the first tank and the dismantling and manufacture of the second tank were carried out. After conducting hydraulic tests of the first tank, we started its AKZ and installation of the second tank. All possible processes were parallelized to restore the operation of the destroyed equipment as quickly as possible. All works were completed on time and their term was 79 calendar days.
