The project to restore three tanks included a phased survey, analysis of technical documentation, and development of a repair plan with a commercial proposal. The first tank required local repairs to damaged areas of the hull caused by external influences. After preparatory work, welding operations were performed on individual sections of the tank shell, hydraulic tests were conducted, and an anti-corrosion coating was applied to extend the service life of the structure.

The second tank suffered significant damage, so it was decided to completely replace the wall, with the maximum possible preservation of structural elements - the bottom and roof. The work included dismantling the old hull panels, manufacturing and installing a new wall made of high-quality carbon steel with subsequent welding and grinding of the seams. Upon completion, hydraulic tests were carried out, as well as anti-corrosion treatment of the internal and external surfaces of the tank.

In the third case, the tank was completely destroyed, so the old structure was completely dismantled and a new steel tank was installed on the existing concrete foundation. The new tank was manufactured at the production site in accordance with current standards, delivered to the site, assembled and equipped with all the necessary technological components. The final stage included hydraulic testing, leak testing, application of an anti-corrosion protection system and preparation for commissioning.
