Vertical steel tank repair project

Within the framework of this project, the company's specialists visited the site for a technical inspection of a 2000 m³ tank, which had suffered critical damage due to external influences. The available technical documentation was studied, the condition of the metal structures was assessed, and the scope of necessary repair work was determined. Based on the information collected, an individual repair plan was prepared with the development of a commercial offer, which took into account both the restoration of tightness and safety requirements for further operation.

The repair work lasted 90 days and included the replacement of deformed sections of the hull, restoration of fences, stairs and pipes, as well as hydraulic tests to confirm tightness. After that, a full anti-corrosion preparation was carried out - sandblasting and applying a protective coating, which allows to guarantee long-term operation of the tank in an aggressive environment. The work was completed within the agreed time frame in compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards.
