RVS for Perechyn Forest Chemical Plant

Within the framework of this project, a KMD drawing was developed and a steel tank with a volume of 1000 m³ was manufactured for storing formation water. The structure is made of steel 3, which provides high strength and durability in contact with aggressive environments. All welds were checked by non-destructive testing methods (ultrasonic, capillary and visual inspection), which guarantees absolute tightness of the tank. The tank is also equipped with technological branches for connection to the pipeline system, an inspection hatch for maintenance and a drainage hole for sediment removal.

The finished structure was delivered to the site within the established time frame – 120 days from the application to delivery. Specialized large-sized transport was used for transportation, which ensured safe delivery of the tank without damage. Thanks to precise adherence to production standards and quality control, the customer received a reliable tank, fully ready for operation.
