Vertical steel tanks for Gold-Nafta

The development and implementation of the project covered the entire cycle of work on the creation of two tanks with a volume of 1350 m³ each. At the start, the development of KM/KMD (design and installation documentation) was carried out, according to which specialists manufactured structures from steel grade Stal 3. Each tank is designed to store formation water, and therefore special attention was paid to the tightness and reliability of welds in the design.

After manufacturing, all elements were delivered to the site and installed in compliance with technical safety requirements. The final stage was a comprehensive anti-corrosion treatment inside and out, which included sandblasting of surfaces with subsequent application of protective coatings. Thanks to this approach, the tanks will have increased wear resistance and long-term operation even under difficult conditions of storage of formation water.
