Vertical steel tanks (PBC 400) for the company UNB

After receiving a request for the repair of two oil and petroleum product storage tanks with a volume of 400m3 each, our specialists visited the site and assessed the extent of damage and possible options for their elimination. Several repair options were proposed with a detailed description of technologies, stages and conditions. After selecting and agreeing on all conditions, a contract was signed and work began.

The first tank was repaired at the same time as the second tank was dismantled and manufactured. After the hydraulic tests of the first tank, the first tank was put into operation and the second tank was installed. All possible processes were parallelized to restore the operation of the destroyed equipment as soon as possible. All work was completed on time and its duration was 79 calendar days.
