Rozhovsky water tower for "Vitchyzna" LLC

The project to build a 160 m³ water tower began with preparatory work. Geodetic surveys were conducted at the site of the future structure to ensure correct marking and to determine the optimal location for the foundation. The preparation of the base included excavation work and pouring a reinforced concrete foundation, which ensures the stability and durability of the tower even in difficult weather conditions.

The next stage is the manufacture of metal structural elements. The steel tank was made of certified materials, which guarantees its durability and resistance to corrosion. In addition, great attention was paid to the tightness of the joints, as this is critically important for preserving water and ensuring the reliability of the system.

The water tower was installed using special equipment for lifting large metal structures to a height. The tank was fixed to a supporting structure that can withstand the load of the full volume of water. During installation, the accuracy of the connections was ensured to avoid possible leaks or deformations.

The final stage is painting and anti-corrosion treatment. For this, special protective coatings were used, ensuring long-term operation of the structure without loss of functional characteristics. The tower was also equipped with pipelines, shut-off valves and necessary devices for water level control.
